Spinning® is an indoor cycling class program that focuses on endurance, strength and interval training. It is a fast, effective and low impact way to incorporate cardio into your fitness routine. Torch a ton of calories and have fun! Every fitness level can benefit from Spinning- zero coordination required. Beginner and orientation ride available.
Barre is a workout inspired by the elements of Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and functional training. This class focuses on lower body- glutes, thighs, abdominals and core- while improving, posture, stability, flexibility and strength. Bands, small weights, yoga balls, gliders and a ballet barre are used to define and sculpt your body and mind. Surprisingly challenging and transforming.
The benefits of a solid Yoga practice are immeasurable. By increasing space (both mentally and physically), we can get so much more out of our everyday life and training. Yoga supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, quality of sleep, flexibility and strength. Yoga can be done at any fitness level and is the perfect compliment to all workouts.
